At our store, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for any unused items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item(s) of equal value.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer must provide proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items that are Final Sale.
